Newham Street Pastors have been going for six months now and have 15 volunteers, representing 7 Churches, ranging in age from 20 something to 83! We are going out 2-3 Fridays per month and have had an amazing time on the streets.

As we have been going out regularly we have seen a big difference in the attitudes of people. We now get many folk thanking us for giving up our time to be out on the streets at such a late hour and regularly have opportunities to come alongside people who ask for prayer.

At the moment we are primarily focussing on Stratford centre and the pubs and clubs around that area but hope to patrol other needy areas in the future.
